Frances Sicat is a well experienced accountant with several years of private and public accounting experience in the Philippines. 

She moved to New Zealand as a skilled migrant in 2007 bringing with her  a CPA ( certified in Philippines ) , ASA ( associate member of CPA Australia) a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and Bachelor of Law ( certified in the Philippines). 

After moving  with her family to New Zealand as a skilled migrant in 2007, she has and gained more years of diverse accounting experience as senior accountant and as a financial controller in one of the multinational group of companies in NZ.  She now has a Diploma in Business from the Auckland University of Technology.
Frances has vast experienced in financial management and has been successful in leading financial operations in accounting and budgeting. She has been instrumental in recommending strategies resulting in increased revenues and organization growth, a proven leader in developing high performing, competent accounting teams.
she is skilled in  business advisory, audit, project accounting, budgeting, real estate, body corporate accounting, due diligence, payroll, procurement, property management and personnel hiring.  She is also an entrepreneur and property investor.

Justine – studied a Diploma in Business at the Auckland University of Technology and has more than 6 years combined experience in business management and assistant account it in restaurants such as Starbucks.  She has property management experience as well.

Both  are well versed in different accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks.
